The project!

As a Digital Planning Intern, you will assist and support the Pepe Jeans Ecommerce team in the sellout and performance analysis, as well as market research, enhancing the customer shopping experience and maximizing online sales. 

 

What will the role entail?

  • Sell out Management: Conducting weekly analysis by sales channel to ensure optimal inventory levels by forecasting demand, manage stock levels and promotions
  • Market Research: Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to make data-driven buying decisions.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring sales performance and product returns to assess the success of seasonal products and inform future buying strategies.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with merchandising and central stock planning, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that purchased products are effectively promoted and align with the overall brand strategy.

 

The duration of this internship will be 3 months.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent in Digital Business, Digital Analytics or similar. 
  • Languages: high Level of Spanish and English (min. C1-B2) any other languages are a big plus. 
  • IT Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
