The project!

As a Concessions Merchandising and Planning Intern, you will support the Concessions Merchandising team in all tasks related to stock management, positioning and objectives in our points of sales.

 

What will the role entail?

  • Stock management and optimization: Support annual stocktakes, monitor stock movement (promotions, transfers, markdowns), and maximize stock efficiency and profit flow.
     
  • Coordination with ECI and retail locations: Manage end-of-season returns, oversee packaging and POS for all ECI SIS, and define appropriate replenishment and assortment plans.
     
  • Ongoing operational communication: Maintain frequent contact with store staff to coordinate processes like returns, price changes, product launches, and promotions.
     
  • Sales data analysis: Analyze past sales figures and trends to anticipate future product needs.

Requirements

Requirements

  • University degree or higher in Business Administration, Analytics 
  • Languages: high Level of Spanish and English (min. C1) any other languages are a big plus. 
  • IT Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong time-management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
